A job well done to Doyle sails that RULED the Monjon Victorian State Championships last weekend! The regatta took place out from the Sandringham Yacht Club with 5-12 knots of breeze.
Local Brendan Lee's, By the Lee, came in a clear 1st place over J24 Kaotic steered by Doyle Sydney owner, Shane Guanaria who took 2nd place.

The result means that Doyle sails has won all 3 of the major class events for the season including the NSW State titles, the Australian Championships and now the Victorian State Championships. By The Lee and Kaotic had a clear speed advantage over the rest of the fleet and were 1st and 2nd around the top mark in 4 of the 6 races held.

Brendan received his Doyle sails just prior to the event and said: “In the 6 years that I have been sailing J24’s, I have purchased sails from various manufacturers. My most recent purchase was a full set of Doyle-MacDiarmid Sails. In 10-12 knots of breeze, I have never had the boat sailing so flat, high and fast before and the result shows with a win in the 2017 J24 Victorian Championships. Thank you to Shane and his team for being a part of my very first win in the J24 class."
