Guy Waddilove 

Doyle Sydney - General Manager 

Based out of Sydney, Guy Waddilove is the General Manager for Doyle Australia. Having moved ashore after 15 years  and a couple of hundred thousand miles at sea working aboard large sailing yachts around the world, Guy has more recently been involved in the build and management of large sailing yacht projects. Guy is a qualified marine surveyor, holds a Master 3,000 gt (Yachts) certificate and also writes technical articles for various yachting publications.

John Hearne 

Doyle Sydney - Sales Manager 

John Hearne has 30 years experience in the sailmaking industry. He qualified as a sailmaker and over the subsequent years has worked for a variety of sailmakers in various capacities. During this time he has been a part of the evolution of the sailmaking industry in Australia, helping to get it to where it stands today.
 
John has been involved in all facets of the trade from sewing, measuring, designing, production managing through to senior management positions in saillofts. John has been an active sailor over the years with many regatta wins to his credit. He has completed seven Sydney to Hobart races and competed in almost every race on the east coast of Australia a number of times.

Col Anderson

Doyle Victoria 
 
Col has been continuously involved in the Sail making industry for over 45 years since starting his apprenticeship with Prior sails. An Australian Championship win in the International Cadet Class in 1964 was followed in 1979 by winning the Australian Quarter ton Title. Col developed a passion for offshore sailing after sailing in the 1973 Sydney Hobart race on Banjo Paterson, and as sail maker and trimmer on Police Car in the winning Australian team for the 1979 Admirals Cup, Col also sailed in the horrific Fastnet Race that year.

After being introduced to sailing by the great Lou Abrahams, and becoming his sail maker, a long term association started, which led to 15 Sydney Hobart's (2 wins and a second), 2 Admirals Cups and 6 Kenwood Cups. Col sailed another 15 Sydney Hobart's with several other owners including Syd Fischer and Howard de Torres, adding another second and a third overall.

When not offshore sailing, Col has continued to race competitively on Port Phillip Bay in various classes, including Yachting World Diamonds, Classic yachts, Couta Boats and he is currently sailing on the Beneteau 45 Reverie in IRC Division 1 of the Club Marine series.

Blake Anderson

Doyle Victoria 
 
Blake started sail making with Doyle Sails 4 years ago, and is now fully qualified in all aspects of the business. After competing in several Victorian offshore races Blake crewed on Icefire in last years Melbourne to Hobart.

Blake sails regularly on the highly successful Adams 10 Executive Decision, winner of the Club Marine series in Division 1 and was a trimmer on Swordfish Trombone in this years ORCV winter series finishing 2nd in AMS Division 1. Blake will be racing on Cadibarra, in this years Sydney to Hobart with new Doyle Stratis and downwind sails on board.
