Tuff Luff is the slotted headstay system of choice for many of the world’s competitive sailors with proven results on America’s Cup, Admiral’s Cup, Volvo Ocean and many one design classes around the world.

Available in sizes from 7 metres to 26 metres for a wide range of headstay gauges, Tuff Luff kits are suitable for nearly all sizes of yachts.

Tuff Luff is available as either “standard” or “aero” in some of the larger sizes in the range. The “aero” range has a unique aerodynamic shape to promote lift.
